1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SNJ Verify governing your use of the SNJ Verify platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full.
2. What the Service Does
SNJ Verify provides a hosted, carrier-compliant verification layer that lets businesses confirm customer phone numbers through a secure, branded landing page. Capabilities include hosted verification pages, phone-number confirmation with masked display, tracking parameter routing, multi-brand configuration, and infrastructure aligned with carrier and 10DLC requirements.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
Using the Service requires registering with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to break any law or third-party right; send unsolicited messages or engage in deceptive practices; distribute malware or harmful payloads; disrupt or overload the Service; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity; collect personal information without proper consent; or violate carrier rules or 10DLC obligations.
5. Carrier Compliance
5.1 10DLC
You're responsible for following carrier and aggregator rules, including 10DLC where applicable, and for obtaining and documenting express consent before contacting end users.
5.2 Opt-In / Opt-Out
Express opt-in is required before any SMS message goes out. You must honor opt-out requests without delay.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to deliver content that violates carrier policy, including unlawful content, sexually explicit content, gambling, cannabis, firearms, or any other carrier-restricted category.
6. Payment
Fees are as shown in your account or negotiated agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of access.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its components are owned by SNJ Verify. Your content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.
9. Privacy
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNJ VERIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SNJ Verify from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, contact us in writing and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under AAA commercial rules. Class, consolidated, and representative proceedings are not permitted.
15. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. They form the entire agreement between you and SNJ Verify regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
16. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
